Portfolio of 12 Established Niche Websites & Domains Picture(s) and Description:

Portfolio

What you are bidding on: You are bidding on 12 websites, including their domain names. These are basically what I would call "Adsense sites", designed to display relevant content and make money from clicks on Adsense ads. Some of them also have Ebay and Amazon affiliate links integrated as an additional source of income. As you will see in the list below, the domains are fairly old as I registered most of them several years ago. Some of them were registered because I was planning on using them to sell certain products or services (such as YouthInternship.com). Others were registered specifically to create these kind of content-based websites. Some of them were grabbed from an expiring domain list, because they had a prior website with traffic and/or inbound links (such as riserad.com). I don't have any income stats for these sites because I just never got around to tracking them. These sites could form the foundation of a very nice niche business, or simply be added to an existing portfolio of niche sites. And certainly they hold the potential to be improved and used in bigger and better ways. I think some of the domains would lend themselves very well to an information product business. Other good ways to utilize and add to these sites would be to use them for list building, blogs, and landing pages. Most of the domains were registered with Search Engine Optimization in mind, and they are great domains for grabbing search engine rankings for keywords in these niches. I specifically chose these niches because they are large markets with lots of opportunities for monetization. Here are the websites included in this auction: (click the links to open the sites in a new window) 1) Consumer-Facts.org (registered 6/8/2006) also includes the following sub-sites: consumer-facts.org/aprons/ consumer-facts.org/gps/ consumer-facts.org/ipod-video/ 2) Dating-Facts.org (registered 6/8/2006) 3) Discount-Health-Supply.com (registered 5/17/2005) 4) Fitness-Help.org (registered 6/8/2006) also includes the following sub-sites: fitness-help.org/hiking/ fitness-help.org/hiking-information/ fitness-help.org/southbeach-diet/ fitness-help.org/treadmills/ fitness-help.org/winsor-pilates/ 5) Free-Dog-Secrets.com (registered 11/11/2005) 6) Health-Facts.net (registered 6/8/2006) also includes the following sub-sites: acne-treatment.health-facts.net/ health-facts.net/acne/ health-facts.net/allergies/ health-facts.net/aromatherapy/ health-facts.net/lasik/ 7) Legal-Facts.com (registered 6/8/2006) 8) Nutrition-Help.org (registered 6/8/2006) also includes the following sub-sites: chinese-tea.nutrition-help.org/ antioxidants.nutrition-help.org/ chitosan.nutrition-help.org/ ginkgo-biloba.nutrition-help.org/ green-tea.nutrition-help.org/ organic-fertilizer.nutrition-help.org/ vegetarian.nutrition-help.org/ 9) Online-Facts.org(registered 6/8/2006) also includes the following sub-sites: online-facts.org/banking/ online-facts.org/chocolate/ online-facts.org/love/ online-facts.org/message-boards/ online-facts.org/mortgages/ 10) RiserAD.com (registered 6/5/2006) (In case you're wondering about the strange domain, I picked it up off an expiring domain list because it had good links to it, apparently it was a former law firm or something) 11) UglyBlog.com (registered 9/25/2005) (A quick note about this one too. This was formerly my personal blog up until this auction. I stopped updating it awhile back and decided I don't want "Ugly" to be my legacy so I deleted it and replaced it with the site you see there now. It has consistently averaged 6500-7000 visitors a month for the past couple years. The old content is gone now but still has inbound links and some PR so maybe you can find a good way to harness that traffic. I think this would be a great comedy type of blog. Just think of all the funny blogs like "Fail blog" that are getting crazy traffic these days. It wouldn't be too hard to find a funny ugly picture each day to post... who knows, it could be the next craze. 12) YouthInternship.com (registered 4/18/2005) The sites are HTML and PHP based. Why I'm selling them: I have a very profitable online business, with over 200 websites. I am currently in the process of streamlining my business and focusing on just a few websites. Therefore I am selling many websites, including these. It's a great opportunity for someone who wants some turn-key sites to take to the next level. Details: -Includes 12 websites. -Includes 12 domains. -These websites are sold as-is. There are no warranties or guarantees. -There is No Reserve, and it will be sold to the highest bidder. -Do not bid unless you are able to pay. -Payment is due IN FULL within 48 hours of the end of this auction. I will accept Paypal or a cashier's check only. -You may not use my name for any reason. -I will transfer the domains and websites to you upon payment. I will give you two choices of how to transfer them. I can send the sites to you in a zip file, or I can go ahead and FTP them to your hosting accounts for you. If you have a hosting account already, that's great. If you need hosting, I can hook you up with one for a very cheap price ($25/mo for ALL of these sites plus unlimited more sites). NOTE: Unlike many website sellers here on Ebay, I'm NOT selling this for the purpose of selling hosting. In spite of my Ebay username, I am NOT in the hosting business, and you are welcome to host it anywhere. -For a $150 extra fee I would be willing to insert your Adsense ID (and ebay and amazon affiliate ID where applicable) into all of the websites before transferring them to you. It's not very difficult but I figured I'd make the offer in case you want it done for you. -See my feedback and bid with confidence!
