Now the search term "Clear Your Debt is the #1 search term for www.ClearYourDebt.net on Yahoo. Yes you heard me right, it is #1 This in it of itself is of high value. The search term "Affordable Debt Consolation" is the #1 search term for MSN. If you don't believe me you can check for yourself. The credit and debt category has a high payout when it comes to Adsense which is part of the reason the website is worth so much. At the time I purchased the website it was already making $70 a month on adsense not including selling links etc. The website now has the capability to bring in well over $70 a month on Adsense alone.
